SCVAS Board Election Results
With more than 100 members voting, we are pleased to announce that all candidates for Board positions have been unanimously elected. Barry Langdon-Lassagne assumes his new role as Board President, with Bill Walker as the new Vice President. Joan Leighton continues as Secretary and Bob Hirt continues as Treasurer. Board positions for Mike Armer and John Richardson have been renewed.

Our Spring Birdathon kicked off this past weekend and the writeups and photos have started to flow in. Every team has a story to tell, whether it be one person kicking up their feet and birding out their kitchen window or a distributed team of fourteen birders spanning the county. Our Audubon Nature Shop has temporarily changed to appointment only. You can still order birdseed, suet, books and other items by calling April Austin, our office manager, at 408-252-3747 or sending email to her at scvas@scvas.org to organize a time for pickup.
