Observe powerful raptors such as golden eagles, northern harrier and learn more about the elusive burrowing owl from SCVAS Director Mathew Dodder!

Short stops will give you a chance to take in the scenic views on your way to the picnic benches for lunch. This is a moderate 1 mile out and back hike for a total of 2 miles. Binoculars will be provided.

Meet at the picnic tables near the parking lot and restroom.
