Join us for a leisurely bird walk around the riparian woodlands, small lake, eucalyptus groves, and large manicured lawns of this highly-developed urban park in Los Gatos. We’ll keep a special lookout for typical migrating warblers, including Yellow Warblers and Yellow-rumped Warblers and look for rarer migrants that tend to arrive in the last two weeks of September.  

Trip Difficulty: 2 miles, paved paths

Family Friendly Ages 10 and up, Intermediate Level Birding

Meet: main entrance, first parking lot on left after entry kiosk.

Directions: From CA-85 in Los Gatos, exit Winchester Blvd. Continue south for about 1.5 miles (Winchester Blvd becomes North Santa Cruz Ave) then turn left onto Blossom Hill Rd. The park entrance will be on your left in less than 0.5 miles. Latitude/Longitude: 37.235556, -121.973150
