Field Trip: Slime Molds, Snails, and Salamanders at McClellan Ranch Preserve

Visit McClellan Ranch Preserve and take a walk in different habitats looking at slime molds, snails, salamanders, and other small critters. 

Trip Difficulty: 1 mile, dirt trail

Directions: From I-280 in Cupertino take Foothill Blvd south for 1.3 miles. Turn left onto McClellan Rd and continue for 0.5 miles. Turn left into preserve.

Location: 22221 McClellan Rd, Cupertino.  

Facilities: wheelchair-accessible bathroom, drinking water
