Ash-throated Flycatcher by Luis Villablanca

Santa Teresa County Park

Located on the southern end of the Santa Teresa Hills, this park has a large picnic area in a grassy meadow which is surrounded by rock-strewn hillsides. Let’s explore several of the nearby trails looking for residents such as Lark and Rufous-crowned Sparrows while we keep our eyes open for spring arrivals such as Western Kingbirds and Ash-throated Flycatchers. The wildflowers should be beautiful too!
