Cuesta Park for Beginners

On this easy walk through Mountain View's Cuesta Park, we will identify some of the birds that are often seen in our city parks and neighborhoods, including songbirds, hawks, woodpeckers, and hummingbirds. We will keep eyes open for newly-fledged young birds of the several species that nest here, including Western Bluebirds, American Robins, Lesser Goldfinches, and Black Phoebes. This walk is geared towards beginning birders, but all are welcome.

Other Trip Notes: Please bring binoculars.
