The map above is from Birding at the Bottom of the Bay, our guide to the best publicly-accessible birding sites in Santa Clara Valley. The numbers indicate birding areas discussed in the book. To get a taste of our diverse bird habitats, click on the colored numbers. The red numbers reveal "how to bird" descriptions and the green numbers link to environmental issues in the area.
