Breeding Bird Atlas of Santa Clara County

NEW! Price just reduced 40% to $15.00!

This book, which reports the results of fieldwork in Santa Clara County from 1987 to 1993, was undertaken to determine the current status of all species of birds known to be breeding in the country. These data have been augmented with additional field observations reported from 1994 to 2005.

The comprehensive atlas was compiled and written by William Bousman with contributions from over fifteen prominent birders. It includes an illustration, in-depth description, and detailed breeding map for each breeding bird species. With over 550 pages, published by SCVAS in 2007. Soft bound book, 8x11 inches, and over 1-1/2 inches thick.

Also, check out our other book, Birding at the Bottom of the Bay which describes the best publicly-accessible birding sites in the southern San Francisco Bay Area.
