Session #1: First Day of Spring

Description: This class is co-sponsored by SCVAS, California Native Plant Society, and Open Space Authority. Join us for a beginner bird and plant identification walk through Lake Cunningham Park - a major destination for waterfowl and migratory birds, and home to many resident birds. Vicki Silvas-Young will show you how to identify common local birds and the native plants they depend on. Trip distance is four miles round-trip on a level path.
